Coaching services are billed monthly and in advance according to the selected coaching tier. Or prior to connecting in person or via phone call. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to complete payment may result in paused or terminated services until billing obligations are fulfilled.

If a client requires professional assistance in any of the above areas, the client is solely responsible for seeking appropriate licensed professionals.
